Understand proportions
See the space at eye level and explore the relationships between different areas.
FEEL THE PLAN. BEFORE YOU BUILD.
A floor plan shows you a home. DEZNAR is developing a way to experience how it feels — from the inside, through mixed reality.

01 / Beyond the floor plan
How does the distance between the sofa and kitchen feel? Does the dining area fit the space? How do the rooms come together as a home? Plans and renders are a starting point. A view from within brings another perspective.
See the space at eye level and explore the relationships between different areas.
Give designers and clients a shared reference for discussing the design.
Explore the plan while there is still an opportunity to discuss and reconsider decisions.
02 / A different perspective
DEZNAR’s vision is to turn architectural plans into spatial experiences: look around, understand circulation and feel how spaces connect.

Review the plans, materials and details on the table.

03 / From plans to headset
We begin by reviewing an original Revit file and supporting material, such as finish references and design recordings.
The model is prepared for Unity and the headset. The scope of adjustments depends on the project.
Discuss the design through a spatial experience. Demo availability and capabilities are confirmed in conversation.
04 / Designed for people
Another way to communicate a design and discuss spatial decisions with clients.
For people who want to better understand their planned home before work begins.
A future direction connecting planned spaces with furniture and finishes.
AN EXPERIENCE IN THE MAKING
DEZNAR is in development. Work includes a Revit–Unity–Meta Quest workflow and preparing experiences of planned homes. Project suitability, material fidelity and scale are assessed during preparation.
Images and visualizations illustrate the vision. They are not customer documentation, measured results or a promise of available features.
The current workflow uses an original Revit file. Finish references and a recording of the design can help assess suitability. Support for every design application is not promised.
The product is being developed in Unity for Meta Quest. Website illustrations show the vision; capabilities available for a demo will be confirmed for your project.
A real-scale experience is a central goal. Actual scale requires project-specific validation; the website does not promise measurement accuracy.
Timing depends on the model, materials and adjustments needed. Scope and timing are discussed after reviewing the plans.
